Welcome to Mysite. These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using our website builder, templates, publishing tools, custom domain support, analytics, and related services.

1. Using Mysite

You may use Mysite to create, edit, publish, and share websites for yourself, your brand, your business, or your clients. You are responsible for the information, images, links, files, and other content that you add to your site.

You agree not to use Mysite for illegal activity, scams, impersonation, malware, spam, harassment, hateful content, or anything that violates another person's rights.

2. Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens through your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Published sites

When you publish a site, the content may become publicly visible through a Mysite link, a custom domain, or another public URL. You confirm that you have the rights to use and publish the content you upload.

We may hide, disable, or remove published sites that appear to violate these Terms, create security risk, or harm the Mysite platform or its users.

4. Templates, blocks, and custom work

Mysite provides templates, design blocks, and tools to help you launch faster. Templates and platform design elements remain part of Mysite unless clearly stated otherwise.

For complex custom websites such as blockchain, ecommerce, forex, agency, or product builds, contact us directly before assuming a feature is included in the standard builder.

5. Pro features, beans, and payments

Some features may require beans, a Pro plan, a one-time fee, or another paid arrangement. Prices, included features, and availability can change as the platform grows.

Payments are generally final once a service, publish action, custom domain support step, or custom build work has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Custom domains

Custom domain support may require DNS changes, verification, hosting setup, and manual review. You are responsible for owning and controlling the domain you ask us to connect.

We cannot guarantee that a domain will work if DNS records, registrar settings, platform limits, or third-party services prevent connection.

7. Analytics

Mysite may provide simple analytics such as visits, clicks, and related activity. These numbers are offered as helpful estimates and may not match third-party analytics tools exactly.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Mysite reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, improve, move, or be removed as we develop the platform.
